    租房子千万不要租给自己找上门的

         怄死人了，这两次的租客都是自己找上门的，结果上一个租客每次都到最后一天才给房租。现在这个租客赖在房子里半个月了都还没搬，说是交了一个月的押金，要住到那个时候。
         晚上和这个租客吵了一架，居然跟我说，你不就是有几套房子吗，我也有几套房子的。。。。MD，你有几套房子你就去住呀，赖在我家的房子里干嘛。简直郁闷死人。
         格劳资，一开始就不该租给这种人，凡是自己找上门的，总是想省一些中介费的，对钱总是看得很紧。
         以后还是老老实实找中介租房子吧，能交得起那点中介费的人，总是能按时交房租的人吧
